Welcome to Gardening for Health!

Come join us for a fun and educational event all about the benefits of gardening for your physical and mental well-being. Located at 2473 Slate Rd, this in-person gathering will cover learning how to garden to improve your health, plant health, soil health, and community. We will have a guest speaker Michael Brown who is an experienced gardener who will share his knowledge and wisdom on how to produce better gardens. We were made to work the ground and produce amazing foods that give us optimal health. We have lost these skills, and we have become consumers that can't provide for ourselves.
Michael will also showcase his water charging techniques using vortex technology. He will talk to you about how to negatively charge water to increase its hydration and purify it. This technique can help you be healthier, but also help you produce better garden output.
