Georgia Oracle Users Group Tech Day is coming up, and we want to share our knowledge with you! The conference is Thursday, March 3, 2016, at the Executive Conference Center in Atlanta, Georgia.
This event exposes attendees to the latest in Oracle technologies by attracting oracle experts from around the world. We will have a full day of sessions covering:
Database/Development: Concepts and techniques for database administration and development (RAC, Exadata, etc), APEX, SQL Developer, Java, MySQL, and more.
Middleware: Concepts and management techniques for web servers, application servers, and portals. Examples include OBIEE, Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), Oracle Golden Gate (OGG), Java EE servers (e.g. JBoss, Tomcat, Oracle WebLogic, IBM WebSphere, etc…), Web Services, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), ESBs, REST, Web Center, Application Integration, XML, and JSON.
Applications: The Applications Track includes sessions that apply to all the Oracle applications product lines, including E-Business Suite, PeopleSoft, Siebel, JD Edwards, and others.

Georgia Oracle Users Group
The Georgia Oracle Users Group members are DBAs, developers, and other individuals who are interested in Oracle database technology. The expertise of our members varies from the merely inquisitive to the longtime professionals with decades of experience. Some of our members are employed at prestigious corporations, some are not currently employed, and many fall between.
As a group, our purpose is to:
- Create a network of personal and technical resources
- Improve knowledge of Oracle technology
- Focus on sharing information from the Oracle user community about its experiences
- Provide an open forum for the exchange of ideas
- Bring together Oracle professionals throughout Georgia
