***VOLUNTEERING: We are all volunteers, we can't run the show without everyone helping out. It doesn't have to be much. Here's how it works: You'll select a "volunteer team" when you enter your info on this form. We'll send you a welcome email a few days prior to the show. Included in the email is the link to the Sign Up Genius for the team you designated. All sign up slots are by class or event. The sign up specifies how many slots to sign up for. You can also go to the sign up genius links on the show page of the website to get signed up sooner and grab the exact spots you want before anyone else gets them. https://www.kc4-hhorse.com/mayshowweekend Not sure how to do a job? That's ok, there are instructional documents on how to do each job on the website and the show page.

We appreciate you!

Haul In/Parking - Please see the map below on how to haul into the Expo Center. The parking map below will indicate where you can park your truck and trailer after you've unloaded.

If you'd prefer to tie your horse to your trailer, you're welcome to do so. You do not need to pull in through the Expo Center, you can go directly to the South Parking Lot. No cars, trucks or trailers can be parked inside the Expo Center during the event.

If you park on the grass in the South Parking Lot/Camperville and it's been raining please check to see how wet the ground is, so you don't get stuck.

Camping - If you'll be joining us for our Gaming Show on Sunday May 5th, you are welcome to camp in either Expo Center RV Campground or Camperville. Camperville will only be open to camping if the ground is dry enough and there are no hookups. If you wish to camp in the north RV lot with hookups, contact the Enumclaw Expo Center to reserve your spot.
