Galentine’s: A Self-Love Workshop for the Past, Present &amp; Future You This Galentine’s season, you’re invited into a warm, therapeutic and creative space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself.This guided self-love workshop is designed to honour where you’ve been, appreciate who you are now, and gently explore who you are becoming. 🎀Past YouWe’ll begin by reflecting on your past self, including the personality traits, coping strategies and behaviours that have supported you up to this point. Rather than judging or analysing, we will approach these parts with compassion and kindness, recognising how they once served or protected you. 🎀Present YouYou’ll then move into a heart-based creative exercise, filling it with the qualities, strengths and parts of yourself that you love and value today. This is a grounding and affirming moment to reconnect with your worth and your current sense of self. 🎀Future YouTo close, you’ll write a letter to your future self, offering encouragement, intentions and reassurance. You’ll decorate your letter with beautiful Pinterest-style stickers and creative materials. This letter will be posted back to you one year from the date as a gentle reminder of your growth and self-connection. ✨About the spaceThis workshop is facilitated by a qualified psychotherapist and takes place in a supportive, non-judgemental therapeutic setting. While the evening is reflective and meaningful, it is also creative, gentle and nurturing. No previous experience is needed, just openness and curiosity.February is often centred around romantic love. This evening offers a chance to turn that energy inward and focus on self-compassion, self-connection and loving yourself through every season. Come as you are and leave feeling grounded, seen and reconnected to yourself.
