What is a sound bath?

A deeply-immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to NURTURE YOUR MIND AND BODY.

What should I wear or bring?

Comfortable clothing is suggested. Please bring a yoga mat, two blankets, a pillow and an eye mask is preferred. You may also bring anything else that will make you more comfortable.

What if I am not comfortable laying on the floor during the sound bath experience?

Lying on the floor is one way to experience a Sound Bath. If this is not possible, you are also welcome to sit on a cushion or chair.
