No, the $300 Professional Fee is per reservation which can accommodate up to 4 gals. If your traveling group is more than 4 people, then every group of 4 gals needs to process the $300 Professional Fee. For example, a group of 10 gals would have a combined Professional Fee of $900 or $90/gal.
