GA Shines New Enhancement Live Demonstration
This training will capture access and views of the roles for case management, supervisor, and administrator staff. The live demonstration will be 3 hour sessions and include specific role’s task. During this live demonstration, we will cover how to input staff, assign youth to case manager, review waivers end date, etc. The new functionalities will be incorporated on December 16, 2017and this mandatory training will assist providers with learning the new features.
There will be 4 opportunities to attend one of these Live Demonstrations. You have an option of participating in Macon, Ga. or Atlanta, Ga. for these demonstrations. Attendance at one of these webinars is mandatory for all Program Directors, HSP’s, CSW’s and CSS’s.
