How should I prepare?

Wear comfortable clothes, bring water, and avoid a heavy meal right before the event. A journal is recommended if you want to capture insights afterward. We also recommend to not drink alcohol or take any substances for 72 hours prior to the event - that will give you eben a better experience.

What can I expect to feel during breathwork?

Everyone’s experience is different — you might feel physical sensations (tingling, heat, emotional release) or enter visionary states. Everything you experience is welcome and supported.

Is it safe?

Yes, the techniques are safe for most people and guided step by step. If you have medical conditions, please let us know so we can adapt for you.

When should I arrive?

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early so we can start on time and you have space to settle in.

What should I bring?

A yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water, and journal. We will provide everything else and also have some extra mats and pillows, so don't worry if you don't have one.

Do I need to stay for the whole event?

Yes, for your own safety and to respect the group container, please plan to stay from start to finish.

Can I transfer my ticket if I can’t come?

es, you can gift your ticket to someone else — just let us know their name and email address, so we can inform them and sent them the after-event mail ;-)

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are available up to 7 days before the event. After that, tickets are non-refundable but transferable.

What if I feel overwhelmed?

You are always in control. You can return to normal breathing at any time and the facilitators will support you.
