Absolutely! However, each participant will sign a waiver at the start time, so you know you're not signing up for unsolicited medical advice.

There is a corner lot up the hill and a lot across the road.

How do I find the class?

There will be a cheeky sign with an arrow to find the door to the class location. Don't worry, there is also an accessible exit, window, and the waiver ensures you feel safe.
