The Furteelay Dance Youth Festival is the annual recital that provides an opportunity for students to showcase their bhangra dance talent after a year of practice. It is academy-wide and groups from Troy, Novi, and Canton will be participating.

The YouthFest will be held in the afternoon and awards will be given throughout the event. As the seating capacity is limited to 650, it is recommended to secure your ticket early. See you on June 23rd!

Do I need tickets to the show?

Yes, all non-performing students, including volunteers, must purchase tickets to enter the show.

Will there be food at the recital?

Yes, food will be available for purchase for all guests. Students will receive lunch and snacks for free (covered through their recital fee).

Can I take pictures or videos of the performance?

A professional videographer and photographer will be at the YouthFest to capture all performances. Although you are able to take your own personal pictures and videos, the professional content will be made available to the public shortly after the event. * NO FLASH PHOTOGRAPHY ALLOWED*

Is the show assigned seating?

No, seats are first come, first served, except the first 3 rows for staff and sponsors. The earlier you arrive, the closer you can sit.

Is there free parking?

Yes! The entire parking lot is for us to use. The earlier you arrive, the closer you should be able to park.

Can we purchase tickets via Cash, Zelle, Venmo, etc.?

No. All tickets must be purchased directly through Eventbrite via Credit or Debit card. No other platform is authorized to sell tickets for the Youth Festival. Tickets obtained outside of EventBrite can lead to potential difficulty of entry.
