Have you been wanting to paint a piece of furniture but unsure where to start? In this workshop, LaDon owner of LaDon’s Re-Creations, will walk you through the fundamentals of painting your piece from prep to protect with high quality paints and brushes. You will be able to experiment to see how the products work together and differently, and learn some tricks of the trade.
The cost is $70 per person for 3 to 4 hours of instruction, an 8oz. jar of paint in your choice of color, a premium chip brush and a sanding sponge. You will also receive 10% off any paint products if you chose to make a purchase on the day of the workshop.
You will need to bring a small piece of furniture, not previously painted. The class will be in The Gathering area on the 2nd floor so your piece needs to be small enough to transport upstairs.
Aprons and all other painting materials will be provided.
