Its Stretching TIME!! There is nothing like a great stretch and warm up combination to get you ready to DANCE! Remember all skill levels are invited.

Let's get this PARTY Started with familiar movement from the warm up but let's put it to a rhythmic combination that will have you JAMMING all week long!

Who doesn't LOVE spreading that generational JOY?! FUNK-IT UP is all about that mission through movement. This Cardio class is fun and easy for ALL AGES but importantly its a VIBE, it's a commUNITY! Join the TRIBE and lets take some HEALTHY FUN STEPS TOGETHER!

Important Details: This will be a pay-what-you-can event for now. Advance (FREE) Registration is HIGHLY encouraged so that that you can be provided with our exact location in the park as well a list of donation options for your convenience.

How much are these classes?

FUNK-IT UP: Dance Cardio class is donation based. So give what you can. These classes are geared for OUR community so its important that the class is accessible to all.

How do I donate to take class?

You can do so via: Cashapp ($MarcelMarch), Venmo (@Marcel-March), Paypal (@marchmovements), or Cash. **Please make sure in the comments of the transaction please include (1)Names of Attendees (2)Date of Class Attending

How will we find you in the Park

Once you register you will be sent out my exact geo location in the park for you follow to the designated area. Exact locations will be sent out no more than 1hr prior to the start of each class time (9am for a class start time of 10am).

What should I bring?

Well you ALWAYS want to make sure you bring water to drink. Hydration is key. Please also bring a yoga mat or large beach towel for stretching. It is also recommended to bring a small towel to help with sweat.

What should I wear?

You ALWAYS want to wear movement appropriate clothing like sweatpants, leggings, athletic-wear, sport's bras, and comfortable yet sturdy/supportive sneakers.

What if I DON'T have ANY dance experience?

Then THIS is the place for you! This class isn't about memorizing the movement but instead getting your body to MOVE!! Let's disrupt our "normal" and FUNK-IT UP!

So can I really bring my kids?

Yes! I only ask the as parents remain aware of your children during the class. We want to remain respectful of ALL the family present and attending. Remember this is not a daycare but instead an opportunity to bond as family/community.
