Fundamentals of Leadership Communication

Communication is one of the central roles of a leader. However, leaders are rarely trained in leadership communication. Many fall back on "transmitting information". Others don't communicate at all. Learn the principles of leadership communication as well as four elements of great leadership communication.

This workshop is for those who want to be more effective leaders but feel that they can improve on the way they communicate. In this workshop participants will:
