Join Coach Kara Dudley + Dr. Paul Nasri, PT, DPT, OCS, COMT how to properly set up and perform basic lifts (ie deadlifts, RDLs, barbell back squats, kettlebell swings), how to progress/regress weight throughout a training cycle, and understand the importance of lifting for distance runners.

We will use the gym to demonstrate, practice lifts with weights in real-time, and receive one on one feedback.


After, we'll grab some lunch at Hometown BBQ nearby to hang!
