I decided to bring what I do in the A to the Bay! Come out and join me at the lake for a fun run. All levels are welcome, and it’s beginner-friendly!
📍 Meet-up: At the stairs
⏰ Arrival: 7:00 AM
🧘🏾♀️ Stretch: 7:00–7:30 AM
🏃🏾♀️ Run starts: 7:30 AM
If you need tips or recommendations on running gear, feel free to reach out! I recommend wearing comfortable running shoes and athletic gear to help prevent discomfort during the run.
