Should I allow my characters to have more fun than me? Heck no! So when Harry Bronson from the Bronson Thriller Series (What Lies Beyond the Fence) gets a motor home and travels all over the US, I too get a motor home. When Aimee Brent from the Aimee Brent Mystery Series (Ill Conceived) learns to scuba dive, I too pick up the sport. In the Connie Weaver Thriller Series (Secrets of the Tunnels), Connie wanders through the tunnels, so I too do the tunnel bit. Yep, I will always stay one step ahead on the fun-level scale. The heck with my characters.
