When should I arrive?

The ticketing office will open for check in THIRTY MINUTES before the start of the performance. Tickets not checked in are released to the wait list SEVEN MINUTES before the posted start time.

What happens if I'm late?

CCC productions often sell out and have a long wait list. Tickets not checked in are released to the wait list SEVEN MINUTES before the posted start time. Latecomers risk forfeiting their seats without refund or not being allowed into the performance.

Question 3

The show I want to see is sold out, what should I do?

Accepted Answer

You are welcome to come to put your name on the in-person wait list at the ticketing office 30 minutes before the start of the show. Wait list tickets are first come first serve and are not guaranteed. Wait list tickets are available IN PERSON ONLY. Emailed requests will be disregarded.

Question 4

How I do get a student, faculty, or class ticket?

Accepted Answer

You MUST use a valid CCC email to reserve a student/faculty, or class ticket. Orders placed without a CCC email will be cancelled. Please note that voided transactions may not be refunded in full due to Eventbrite's processing fees.

Question 5

I bought the wrong date or need to make a change to my tickets!

Please DO NOT re-order tickets before contacting us. Duplicate orders may not be refunded in full. If you need to make a change to your tickets, please contact Audience Services either through, Eventbrite or by email at AudienceServicesTheatre@colum.edu.
