Make City and The Hatchery Chicago are the two incubators owned by the Industrial Council of Nearwest Chicago (ICNC).

Make City focuses on modern manufacturing entrepreneurs across a multitude of industries. The Hatchery Chicago focuses on food and beverage brands largely in catering and CPG.
