Our <A HREF="https://www.fullyfearless.com/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">mission</A> is to connect women through intentional sweat and energizing personal development as a way to create a community of unstoppable young females who lift each other up.
<H2 CLASS="font_8">Spring 2018's Event Theme is:  Building a Healthy Relationship with Food </H2>
We'll delve into our relationships with food, why we eat what we eat, and how so much of our relationship with food is shaped around social experiences.
This event's SWEAT features a Pilates class & is brought to you by Co-Founder, <A HREF="https://www.instagram.com/rachelfackoury/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Rachel Fackoury</A>! 
Our GROW portion is brought to you by <A HREF="https://www.instagram.com/rachelmmolenda/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Rachel Molenda</A>, certified holistic nutritionist. 
Of course we'll have some yummy munchies & beverages for all!
Once fuelled, we'll give you a chance to CONNECT with someone you may or may not know
Don't forget about our STACKED raffle prizes and PACKED swag bags.  Goodies, discount cards, and info from our favourite wellness sources. 
 
Sign in begins at 2:00pm
We'll begin promptly at 2:30pm with our Pilates class
What to wear: Comfortable clothes that you can move in! What to bring: *You must bring your own mat for this event* Please bring a water bottle to fill with provided water and a pair of socks for your feet. Bare feet or grip socks are welcome for the Pilates class.
