Learn how to engrave (and cut) with a 40W Laser Cutter!
This class is MANDATORY in order to operate the Full Spectrum laser. While non-members may take the class, membership at MakeIt Labs is required for access to the laser outside of class.
Students are encouraged to farmiliarize themselves with the Full Spectrum software and documents&nbsp;in advance of the class (see <a href="http://wiki.makeitlabs.com/training/laser-cutters/laser-full-spectrum" title="Full Spectrum Laser Wiki" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Full Spectrum Wiki</a>). At this time, This class is ONLY available to Make It Labs Memebers.
PREREQUISITES:&nbsp;Anyone taking this class must have already taken the <a href="https://www.eventbrite.com/e/laser-cutter-training-tickets-17516878455" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">intro/authorization class</a> for the Rabbit laser, and be experienced and knoweldgable in it's operation.
SCOPE:&nbsp;This will be a&nbsp;basic authorization class to teach you the basics of operating this particular laser. It will not be comprehensive class on general materials, practices, outside software and image preperation. The Full Spectrum is&nbsp;primarily an&nbsp;engraving laser, and thus will focus on that.
