Please join Rev Shelley Dungan, Greg Sabatino and The Sacred Center community for an evening of gentle yoga followed by a sound journey with our “Heaven & Earth” 9 crystal bowl collection.  Our intention will be to honor the potent, sacred, feminine energy of the full moon as we contemplate the fullness of our blessings. This will be an opportunity for you to connect with the universe within you as well as the Universe around you. Come. Breathe. Smile. Relax. Connect.

Tickets are $25 on Eventbrite. Please bring a large blanket to go under your yoga mat, bug spray, and have cozy clothing. Below are the dates for Summer 2024:

 Welcome to The Sacred Center

We are an inclusive, life affirming, interfaith, online and local community on Aquidneck Island in Rhode Island devoted to helping people find their sacred center within. Our goal is to offer programming that is deeply nurturing for people of all ages, all genders, all abilities and from every spiritual orientation.

Indoor classes are held year round at the state of the art Common Fence Point Community Center in Portsmouth. Outdoor classes are held all Summer long on Third Beach and the Norman Bird Sanctuary, both in Middletown, RI.

We offer live streamed yoga classes, yoga on demand via our YouTube channel, spirituality book groups, as well as spiritual counseling and commUNITY prayer walks and gatherings. Wherever and however you connect with us, you will be welcomed into an atmosphere and experience of kindness, love, compassion and acceptance. We hope to offer you encouragement on your journey.
