A Sound Bath is an immersive, full-body listening experience that uses sound to invite a mindful state of being. I play a veriaety of instruments with the intentions of creating frequencies & vibrations that will help us drop into waves of energy for us to surf and ride together.
This event is unique because attendees will be asked to stay in a seated position, spine erect, for the duration of the meditation as you are part of a geometric pattern that is laid out on the ground.
Bring a pillow/cushion/water so that you are able to make yourself as comfortable as possible for this hour long meditation and dress in all white if possible or very light colors to be receptive to the energy, frequency, and vibrations.
Unfortunately this event is non-refundable. Stay safe & stay home if you are showing any symptoms of imbalance in the body and pass your ticket on to someone who understands that this is a sitting meditation.
