Take in the energies of the Full Moon through this Sound Medicine Journey. Experience the healing power of gongs, singing bowls, drums, and other acoustic instruments. The full moon is a powerful time for release and gratitude, as well as illuminating some of our deep shadows. Sound has been used for thousands of years to heal the mind, body, and spirit, as well as deepening our meditation and spiritual practice. This meditation uses both smoke and essential oils to create a safe and healing container. Feel free to bring a notebook to write down anything that comes up for you during this sound experience. Mats, Blankets, and bolsters will be provided. You can bring anything else that would make you more comfortable.
Please allow enough time for parking and to get settled in before class. Doors will lock at the beginning of class, so as to not disrupt the meditation. No refunds or class credits are given to no shows and late arrivals. If you cannot attend, please reach out at least 24 hrs before the start of class.
