Full Moon Sound Journey

To be noted: I have created a virtual community where I host virtual breath work and sound bath events virtual which are included for a discounted rate. This also allows you to access a library of yoga classes, meditations, sound journeys and more. Recordings of this experience will also be made available in the virtual community for you to access if you aren't able to make the scheduled time. Join Darren Obong for a special Full Moon Crystal Alchemy Sound Bath. In this community container you will be guided through intuitive energy clearing, guided meditation, while being immersed in the healing sounds of Darren's Crystal Alchemy singing bowl set. The intention of this event is to utilize the energy of the Full Moon to help connect you back into a state of wholeness and embodiment and to provide a safe space for you to align with a sacred intention for this upcoming lunar cycle.

Darren Obong

Darren is an intuitive guide and embodiment teacher who has extensive training in energy medicine, eastern medicine, yoga therapeutics, trauma-informed yoga, breathwork, meditation, functional movement, and mobility. He utilizes his knowledge from these different healing modalities and his knowledge from his education in Traditional Chinese Medicine to help individuals live more embodied and fulfilling lives. He works with people from all walks of life and offers his work privately in 1:1 sessions with his clients, for big corporations, private events, and other special and sacred occasions.
