Join this magical collaboration and harness the power of the Full Buck Moon with this Full Moon Sound Bath at The Helping Moon Crystal Shop! Good for all levels... newbies welcome. Jen will use vocals, gongs, drums, chimes, vocals and a full 432hz crystal singing bowl set for the sound bath. This is going to be a transformative session. Be ready for some amazing changes in your life!

The Helping Moon will be providing light refreshments and gift bags!

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to bring anything?

Please bring a yoga mat and pillows/blankets. Since this is a crystal shop, we do not have these items available. We will provide eye pillows.

Are we doing yoga?

Nope! You'll just get cozy and lay down so you can receive the healing of the sound bath.

Do I need to be on time?

Yes! Please plan ahead so you can get there at least 10 minutes early. Late comers will not be admitted... it disturbs the peace and container of the sound bath.

What do I wear?

Anything you feel comfortable in! A lot of attendees come wearing yoga clothes or pajamas.

What is sound healing?

In short, sound healing is the use of instruments, music, tones, and other sonic vibrations to balance and heal the body, mind, and spirit. It involves using sound frequencies to create a therapeutic atmosphere to promote deep rest, nervous system rebalancing, and emotional release.

Hi, I'm Jen. I am a sound journey facilitator based in Reno, Nevada. My mission is to provide a healing environment for beautiful souls to access all of the light and tools they already have within themselves. I use crystal sound bowls, chimes, gongs, drums, vocals and a harmonium to create a therapeutic and relaxing sound experience and environment. The frequencies created in these sound baths provide an optimal state for allowing the mind, body, and soul to find balance and harmony.
