Full moons are considered a potent time for release, making it an opportune moment to let go of what no longer serves you and embrace renewal. You will be immersed in relaxing vibrations of sound while receiving personalized acupuncture treatment to harmonize your body and mind.
Sound and Acupuncture Harmony: Acupuncture will focus on mental and emotional points that calm the nervous system and are heart opening fostering self- love and compassion. While the soothing resonance of singing bowls, gongs, and chimes, vibrations can help release pent-up emotions, providing relief from stress and emotional blockages.
What to Expect:
Acupuncture, guided meditation, breathwork, sound bath, followed by community tea time.
