A full moon is a perfect opportunity to let go of people, places and things that are no longer serving us.
Rituals performed during the full moon allow us to synchronize our intentions with the moon's vibrant energy. By aligning our thoughts, emotions, and actions with the moon cycle, we can amplify our manifestations and elevate our spiritual practice. We begin with an introduction, cleansing our energy, leading into journaling, releasing stagnant energy and a group meditation with a Sound Bath led by Donna, Reiki Master Teacher. Most of all, this is an event for the community to connect in an authentic way. Vulnerability and openness is the doorway to connection.

It is recommended that you bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow(s), eye pillow and bolsters if you have them. The studio has extra yoga mats and bolsters.
