Is it ok to join if I’ve never practiced Kundalini yoga before?

Absolutely! The experience is open to all levels and there will be options on how to practice with what is best for your body.

Do I need to be high energy for this event? Is it ok to come low energy?

Come exactly as you are and be a part of the experience at your energy level. Take it easy or be energetic. Do what is right for you.

A ritual is when you are intentional about what you do to create a specific outcome. We do little rituals every day, like brush our teeth or make dinner. Our ritual will be intentional to utilize the energies of the moon with holistic practices to feel at ease in our bodies, minds and spirits.
