Full Moon Meditation for Unity

This is a special meditation where we will work with the energies of Unity and Love. We will bring these energies into ourselves first, then share those energies with humanity. This is a special event for World Invocation Day.

The Great Invocation by Alice Bailey is used to invoke spiritual energies of Light, Love and Purpose. God’s purpose for humanity, the divine Plan, works out as human beings respond, organically and often unconsciously, to these higher energies. Please use the Great Invocation on World Invocation Day, and every day, with dedication and mindfulness. You will be contributing to the One Work of building right relations.

The universal truth, "As Within, So Without" means that the state of our world is a direct reflection of our inner state. And therefore, if we want to change our external reality, the first place to start is within.

Meditation helps clear the mind, calm the body, and lets our creativity emerge. This is a style of meditation made for the Western mind.

We will work with the breath, relaxing the body, and a gentle guided visualization. No prior experience with meditation is needed. The meditation will last about an hour, and we will have time to debrief.
