➳ PLEASE PLAN FOR EXTRA TIME: travel to beachside, parking, checking in, 90 minute class, and time to enjoy moon gazing, byo picnic or ocean dip under the moon after class.
Class is open to everyone and newbies. This is a casual and inviting environment where every color, shape & size is welcome to join us.

🌙 WHAT TO BRING : Large beach towel, or blanket for wider coverage over sand. A Yoga mat is NOT needed but can be placed beneath a blanket for more stability if you have one.
Water to drink, and/ or picnic if you're staying after class.
It gets chilly on the beach at night. You will sweat! Wear layers & cover up for meditation.
Something to protect your items if we get a sprinkle of rain, or from the healing ocean mist.
We will have AMBER lighting on the beach during the event, but if you're planning to stay afterward, byo light or enjoy the moonlight . (It is turtle nesting season. NO white lights on the beach )
PS. NO BATHROOMS ON THE BEACH ( across at shops & hotels )
🌙 LOCATION: EASY & CENTRALLY LOCATED, on beach - Between: NE 9th street / Lifeguard Stand #13 & Vistamar St / Lifeguard Stand #12. ( closer to Vistamar st )
This is a wide open - quiet area - with no crowded beach chairs and plenty of metered parking if your driving! Down the block from all major hotels and resorts. Across the street are small food shops, bars and convenience stores.
LOOK FOR COLORFUL PRAYER FLAGS & AMBER LIGHTS on the beach. 870 N Fort Lauderdale Beach Blvd, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33304 - for driving... We are 1 block SOUTH of Sunrise Blvd - SOUTH of NE 9th street

-> Fastest: 1) Across the street from class, there is plenty of street parking with hourly meters at NE 9th St, Vistamar St & surrounding beachside streets.
2) Paid valet parking available at hotels.
-> Free: 1) All-day free parking just couple blocks west of beach ( *near our main beach location) there are a few streets a couple blocks west of the beach - drive west on Vistamar St and pass the metered streets till you see the open streets with no meters on Vistamar st, Antioch Ave & Bayshore Dr. They have empty lots with free parking around them. Parking in this area is a 5/7 minute walk to our main beach location.
2) Galleria Mall area on main land. On the west side of Sunrise Blvd bridge, there are areas around the mall that have free parking for beachside classes. You will need to explore this. *keep in mind, Florida rain cells usually pass quickly and/ or rain cells do not come over to our event location. A light sprinkle or healing sea mist can happen during class, bring a cover up.

1) Weather related @ our location & 100% refund. In the event of a cancellation due to rain *ONLY at the event location, there is a full refund. If you have a rain cell at your location, that does not mean it is raining by us. We are not responsible if you do not show up.
We watch the by-the-hour forecasts & location radars, not the daily forecast - as it changes.If the event is canceled, please allow up to 24 hours for a refund.
