First, as a group, we’ll do gentle somatic movements, vocal expressions, and physical activations in preparation of the energywork.
After laying comfortably on our mats, we embark on a soothing Sound Healing Journey that paves the way to amplify our intentions and dispel any energy barriers that may hinder a profound Kundalini activation. In essence, we cleanse our vessel before activating ourselves.
The subsequent Kundalini Activation is accompanied by a phenomenal playlist, specifically crafted to guide us on a deep inner journey. This amazing music pairing creates the perfect setting for our mind & body to respond.
While you're surrendering to the music, I will perform activating energywork, using energetic pressurepoints on and around the body. By manipulating the energy, we aim to create a continuous flow of energy. And what happens next, is a unique effect every single time.
