Full Moon Holosomatic Breathwork

Full Moon Holosomatic Breathwork

Merritt WellnessDenver, CO
Tuesday, Mar 3 from 6 pm to 8 pm
Overview

Breathe. Move. Surrender. A transformative community experience where breath, sound & movement unlock what's ready to shift within you.

Join us for a 2-hour journey of conscious breath, movement, and sound in community. This is your invitation to express, to be seen, to release what you're ready to let go of, and to recalibrate your nervous system.

The full moon and total eclipse create a rare portal for transformation and deep letting go. As we gather in community, we'll harness this energy to amplify our breathwork practice, allowing what's ready to shift within you to move with greater ease and clarity.

Holosomatic breathwork creates a safe container for deep transformation. Through this practice, you'll tap into your body's innate wisdom and unlock what's ready to release under this powerful moon.

This is for you if:

  • You’re tired of carrying tension you can’t explain
  • You want to feel calm without needing substances or distractions
  • You’re ready to actually process instead of just cope
  • You’re done talking about it and ready to move it through

WHAT TO BRING:

  • Water bottle (refill station available)
  • Bolster and/or pillow
  • Extra blanket (optional)
  • Journal (recommended)

WHAT TO WEAR: Loose, comfortable clothing you can move and breathe freely in

PREPARATION: Please eat lightly in the 2 hours before the event. A small snack will be provided after the breathwork session.

LOCATION DETAILS:

  • Parking lot available in back
  • Free street parking along Irving Street
  • Locker room available for shoes, bags, and coats
  • Water station for refilling bottles
  • 2 bathrooms on the lower floor

IMPORTANT: CONTRAINDICATIONS

  • Cardiovascular problems
  • High or abnormal blood pressure
  • History of aneurysms
  • Epilepsy or history of seizures
  • Anyone on heavy medication
  • Severe psychiatric symptoms, particularly psychosis or paranoia
  • Bipolar depression
  • Osteoporosis
  • Recent surgery
  • Glaucoma
  • Pregnancy
  • Active addiction
  • Any person with mental illness who isn't in treatment or lacks adequate support

Some participants may feel discomfort or anxiety during breathwork, particularly if they have a fear of losing control or consciousness. My role as your teacher is to guide and support you through these moments, helping you push through discomfort and embrace the process in a safe and nurturing environment.

If you have concerns about whether breathwork is right for you, I encourage you to reach out so we can discuss your needs and determine the best approach for your well-being.

PHOTOGRAPHY NOTICE: Photos will be taken for marketing purposes. Please let Juliana know if you would not like your photo shared.
