Intentional, rhythmic breathing patterns can shift your nervous system, unlock somatic memory, & create space for transformation

What can I expect during the session?

We'll begin with grounding and intention-setting, then guided breathwork with active breathing, movement, and vocal expression. You may experience tingling, body temp fluctuations, emotions, memories, and deep peace. No two breathwork experiences are the same.

Do I need prior experience?

No experience necessary! This practice welcomes complete beginners and experienced practitioners alike. Juliana will guide you through everything you need to know.

What if I feel overwhelmed or need to stop?

Accepted Answer

You're always in control. If overwhelmed, return to normal breathing, rest, or signal Juliana for support. This is a judgment-free space where honoring your boundaries is encouraged and respected.

Will I be lying down or sitting?

Accepted Answer

You'll typically lie down on a mat or blanket, with some movement and seated portions. Bring a bolster or pillow for support and comfort.
