Full Moon Elevated Yoga
Under the Virgo Full Moon, we gather in gratitude with plant allies and sacred movement.
Virgo is the priestess of purification. This moon illuminates what's out of alignment and lovingly asks us to return to sacred order. Through the wisdom of plant medicine and a gentle, intentional flow, we'll cleanse the nervous system and center healing as devotion to the divinity within.
- 4pm: we'll sesh in community and have some wholesome treats- you'll meet other cool green-friendly people!
- 5pm: we melt into the mat and let our bodies become prayer.
Come as you are. Leave clearer, lighter, and more attuned to the wisdom within your own body.
