Full Moon Elevated Sound Bath - BalanceWe will come together for a virtual group sound bath meditation in honor of this Full Moon Energy, with a beautiful soundscape to take you into a deep meditative state and rejuvenate and heal the body on a cellular level.This experience will clear the mind and invite in calmness. Achieve deep rest and meditation by immersing yourself in the gentle and meditative sounds of crystal singing bowls, drums, gongs, and other sacred instruments.*This will be an online event. The event link will be in your confirmation email.

How to Prepare for this virtual experience:Find a quiet and comfortable space where you will not be disturbed.You will be lying down in Savasana (resting on your back, palms open) for a period of time, or alternatively you may prefer to sit in a comfortable chair or your side.Create a sacred space by dimming the lights and burning a candle or incenseYou can lie down on a mat, your floor, sofa or bed.Have a pillow(s) and blanket to ensure the maximum comfort! An eye pillow and journal are encouraged.Highly recommend listening with headphones or external speakers, they will enhance the experience.
