Since you will be in a lying position for over 1h, wear something comfortable and just in case warming (socks, cozy hoody or a jumper).

Should I bring my own mat or blanket?

You don't have to. Mats, pillows and blankets are available at the venue but feel free to bring your own in case you prefer to.

I have never done a sound bath before. Is this event for me?

This event is for everyone and no experience is necessary. The only thing you need to bring with you is open heart and mind.

We start on time. Please do your best to arrive punctually. In order to respect other participants anyone arriving late will not be let in.
