Shawna is known for creating a safe space for others to journey deep beneath their layers.  She is an Empowerment Coach, Breathwork Facilitator, Reiki Master-Teacher and Yoga Instructor, teaching empowerment through embodiment practices.  As a transformation guide to individuals ready for change, Shawna uses her innovative healing methods to help people get out of their head and into their body — so they can tap into their deepest desires, find clarity, and start living the life they really want.  She offers both in-person and virtual classes and events throughout North County San Diego.

Harness the energy of the Full Moon to help illuminate what no longer serves you. We are going to shake sh!t loose and LET IT GO. Moving stuck emotions and energy creates space in the mind and body, allowing you to experience healing, clarity and alignment.This is an experiential mind/body journey, designed to make you FEEL using intuitive movement, powerful visualization, intense music, mind-bending breathwork and healing Reiki energy.Using movement to help you drop into your body and guided visualization to shift you into that state of alignment and flow. I’ll lead you through powerful breathwork allowing the new changes in your mind &amp; body to take root. We’ll close with a Reiki healing to clear any remaining stagnant energy and re-balance your system. I&#x27;m looking forward to sharing your journey.
