You are invited to bring a small blanket, yoga mat if you have one, water & snacks, a journal and pen. You are also welcome to bring an item to place on the altar.

How should I prepare?

Arrive early so you can find a good parking spot and get seated comfortably. You may also think of a personal intention beforehand for our circle (if not-do not worry).

This is my first full moon circle. What am I expected to know or do?

How exciting! The practitioner will help guide you through! There is no heavy prep required other than coming a little early (15 minutes is recommended), dressing comfortably, bringing optional items stated above. The circle is about connection and not about perfection.

Practitioners work with this sacred time- honoring ancestors, cleansing, releasing, practicing gratitude, setting intentions, recharging energy & inviting in abundance. It is a moment for reflection, tending to care & heartfelt community connection.
