Sound Baths are an amazing tool for Nervous System Regulation; guiding your body and mind into a state where you can feel grounded and calm, relieving the weight of stress.


This Sound Bath Experience gives you all the therapeutic benefits of a sound bath, while spicing it up with fun, fresh ceremonial elements.


✨Here's What You Can Expect:✨

This sound bath falls on a Full Moon; which is a time of culmination and release. To celebrate the Full Moon the experience will begin with a speciallly curated Releasing Ritual; offering you a chance to reflect + intentionally let go of what is no longer serving you.


Following the opening Releasing Ritual, you will be guided through a series of gentle, seated yoga-inspired stretches + breathing techniques which will allow you an easier transition to the stillness of the meditation and help you get eeeeven deeper in the zone with your experience.


You'll then lay back and relax as you're immersed in the therapeutic sound vibrations from Quartz Cyrstsal Singing Bowls, a variety of meditation Chimes, drums, and more!

A Sound Bath is a meditative experience where you are immersed in the therapeutic sound waves from instruments like Crystal Singing Bowls, Koshi Chimes and more. These vibrations guide your body and brainwaves into a more relaxed state, easing you into a deep restful state.

What Are The Benefits Of A Sound Bath?

Do I Bring Anything?
