SPECIAL EVENT

Join under the powerful Full moon energy for a breathwork event! The theme of this event is to let that stuff go to make room for new to flow in. Full moons are a great time to take a moment to breathe and let stress and worry wash away.

Treat yourself to a high-vibe evening going deep and getting crystal clear on all that you are ready to let go of to make room for all you are ready to call in.

You will have a quick intro to breathwork (no experience necessary!), Guided Journaling diving deep into all you are ready to let go of to let new flow in. The "Full Moon Let that Stuff Go" Breathwork Journey guided by Amy.

This will be a powerful evening of Breathwork and BREAKTHROUGHS for sure connecting to the FULL MOON energy!

FULL MOON BREATHWORK WILL BE HELD MONTHLY AT HER COLLABORATIVE - EACH EXPERIENCE WILL BE DIFFERENT THAN THE ONE BEFORE.

WHAT TO EXPECT...

Breathwork is done lying down on your back on a yoga mat in a comfortable position. An intuitively chosen playlist of music is played for motivation and relaxation purposes to help release stuck emotions by tapping into the energy and emotion of those particular songs.


PLEASE BRING:

  • A small notebook/pen,
  • water,
  • a yoga mat
  • a small blanket (anything that makes you comfortable).
  • Please try not to eat at least 2 hours prior to the breathwork event

(if you have to eat make it something light) and be sure to stay hydrated

The event is held upstairs in the event space.

Amy is a passionate mindset and manifestation coach and the creator of The Break-Free Journey to Manifest and Break-Free Breathwork. She helps women manifest their dream lives (in any area of their choosing, whether it be relationships, health, finances, or business) through her 1:1 coaching program.She is here to educate, inspire, and guide others on their journey to break-free, get unstuck, and align with purpose and all it is they are ready to manifest. She does this through her breathwork events and transformational coaching programs.
