In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month in May, we invite you to immerse yourself in the soothing practice of gentle yoga, harmonizing body, mind, and spirit amidst the beauty of nature.

Access the beach at the North entrance behind volleyball courts. We will be set up North of the drum circle.
Pay for parking at meter by the hour or you can get an annual parking permit from Indialantic Town Hall for $40.
What to expect: Throughout the class, you'll be guided through a series of gentle yoga poses, mindful breathing exercises, and soothing stretches, all carefully curated to promote relaxation and inner peace. This gentle yoga practice offers numerous benefits for both body and mind, including:

What to bring: yoga mat, a large blanket, tapestry, beach towel, or flat sheet, reusable water bottle, a friend and good vibes.
Set up tip: Put your large sheet down first then yoga mat on top to allow for much larger range of practice space without sand getting on your mat.
