What is a HYROX Simulation?

Our simulation recreates the flow and experience of a HYROX race. You'll complete all eight workout stations with the running segments in between, just like race day. It's a great opportunity to test your fitness, practice race strategy, and experience the excitement of competition.

Who can participate?

Everyone! Whether you're training for an official HYROX race or simply want to challenge yourself, this event is designed for all fitness levels. Many athletes use simulations as their first introduction to HYROX. Coaches and volunteers will be available to answer questions and help guide you.

When will I know my start time?

We will email start times on the Thursday evening before the event, once registration closes and we've finalized the waves. Waves are designed to ensure course flow and to help minimize bottlenecks. Exact start times cannot be guaranteed.

Question 4

Will my time be officially recognized by HYROX?

Accepted Answer

No. This is an independently run simulation and is not an official HYROX event, so times will not count toward official rankings or World Championship qualification.
