High Intensity Interval Training features varying intervals of intense cardio and/or strength exercises paired with active recovery. We work in short bursts of hard work to maximal caloric burn! Don't let the name scare you, modifications for every move are available making it accessible to a variety of training levels.

Which building are group fitness classes held in?

Turf Time has two buildings, a light green building to the right and a brick building to the left. Group fitness classes ran by Aimee Baird Wellness, LLC are held inside the brick building. Once you enter the building, you will walk upstairs to the loft area.

What should I bring?

You will want to bring a sweat cloth and water.

What should I wear?

You will want to wear comfortable athletic clothing you can move freely in. In the summer months, the space can get stuffy and hot very quickly so I recommend shorts and tanks. In the winter months, the space can feel cold, so I recommend layering. I also recommend a comfortable pair of sneakers.
