Full Body Frequency | Live Sound & Song Experience with Anna & Taylor

A little different from a standard sound bath, this is a full-body sound experience with live music, layered tones, and immersive rhythms designed to help your system shift out of stress mode.

Anna plays crystal singing bowls while Taylor layers in handpan, tongue drum, flute, and a few surprises like ocean and thunder drums. The two also harmonize with vocals throughout.

At times, you may receive sound directly through the body via tuning fork or vibration.

It’s part sound bath, part performance, fully immersive.
