About this event

  • 2 days 7 hours

Full Bloom is a family friendly, 3 day celebration of Community, Culture, and Innovation hosted by the Emerald Village, an intentional community located on 9 acres of land in Vista.

We will be bringing together a diverse variety of local musicians, artists, speakers, facilitators, innovators, elders, vendors, and communitarians to provide a multifaceted experience for people of all walks of life. This is a family friendly event, meaning that it is designed to meet the needs of all the members of your family including children of all ages. We will have specifically curated experiences for the children that coincide with the other workshops, so that both children and parents can have fun on their own terms.

We will have 4 different "stages" that festival goers can choose between: Innovation, Flow (Movement), Community, and Young Sprouts for the children. You will be able to pick and choose from the schedule what you want to attend throughout the day, and in between workshops we will be offering experiences like live music, pool parties, speakeasy, spoken word open mics, campfire songs, dance performances and much more. It will be jam packed with possibilities but also plenty of spaciousness for you to move at your own rhythm.

We will also be unveiling the launch of our "Future Founders Academy", where we will be offering opportunities for community-oriented people to learn more about what it means and what it takes to envision, build, and live in community.

Food : We will be providing 2 meals a day of high quality, organic food

Camping : There will be plenty of space for festival goers to camp on the east side of our property. There are also bell tents available for rent for those who want a more luxurious experience.

Our community is comprised of people from all around the world with different cultures and upbringings.  There are almost 8 decades of life between our youngest and oldest members.  Our community members include sustainable agricultural practitioners as well as teachers, business owners, builders, and even emergency first responders.

It is for this reason that we refer to ourselves as “An Observatory.”  We get to watch and observe what happens when people from all walks of life come together to live.  What’ve we’ve discovered? A simply wild, loving way to live.
