NASCAR Technical Institute – Mooresville, NC
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Lunch break catered by Burrito Loco12:00–1:00 PM)

The day features a full-day management training taught by Becky Witt, covering:

• Advanced pricing strategies
• Gross profit per hour and per minute
• Managing labor and equipment ROI
• Accountability and performance measurement
• Service advisor systems and shop throughput
• Reducing wasted time and profit leaks
• Writing better repair orders and selling testing properly
• Controlling workflow and customer quality

This training is built specifically for owners and managers responsible for shop performance and profitability.
