Fuel for Thought: Propane Workshop 

Earth Day Coalition (EDC) is a nonprofit environmental education and advocacy organization serving Northeast Ohio and the nation. EDC was established in 1990 to commemorate the twentieth anniversary of Earth Day in Ohio.The Mission of Earth Day Coalition is to provide education, inspire leadership and encourage action for a healthy environment.

Earth Day Coalition (EDC) is thrilled to receive support from the Ohio Environmental Education Fund to produce the Reducing Geenhouse Gas Emissions project, which will include three Fuel for Thought workshops designed for local fleet directors and one Workforce Development Opportunity in Alternative Fuels workshop for area educators. Fuel for Thought presentations will provide attendees an opportunity to learn about alternative fuels, funding availability for vehicles and infrastructure, and personnel training required for operating alternative fuel fleets. 
Join us at Bass Mazda on Friday, February 24 for the next workshop highlighting Propane AutoGas.  Presentations include:

The workshop series is free to attend for Earth Day Coalition members, $10 per workshop for fleet representatives, and $25 per workshop for industry representatives. Earth Day Coalition members and fleet representatives must contact Earth Day Coalition to receive the promotion code for a discounted rate.  
Earth Day Coalition’s Clean Transportation Program is the U.S. Department of Energy Clean Cities Coalition representing Northeast Ohio. The Clean Cities Program is a federal initiative started in 1993 with the goal of reducing the U.S. nationwide petroleum consumption, while promoting our energy, economic, and environmental security. As the coalition representing Northeast Ohio we bring together stakeholders in the public and private sectors and provide educational tools, networking services, and technical assistance to transition to alternative fuels.
