FUEL + Flex Let’s workout for a cause, a workout to promote awareness of FUEL NKU and to Empower Individuals to Menstruate with Confidence. We are engaging YOU the students + faculty + staff + community in the fight against hunger. FUEL NKU is on campus food bank that provides free nutritional assistance to NKU students. FUEL strictly benefits NKU students, let’s keep at their fullest potential by nourishing them and their minds. When: Thursday April 18th 10:30-2pm Where: NKU Student Union Plaza What: Warm up and get fit during a 30 minute bodyweight functional workout with <A HREF="https://www.facebook.com/johnny.pasquale.3" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Johnny Pasquale</A> followed by a 30 minute Yoga practice with <A HREF="https://www.facebook.com/goodvibestribecincinnati/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Good Vibes Tribe Cincinnati</A>. NOT into working out? Join the party! Motivation and connecting with the community is KEY! Cost: If you are able a donation for <A HREF="https://www.facebook.com/FUELNKU/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">FUEL NKU</A> would be appreciated. Having access to menstrual products is vital for the wellbeing and social promotion of women in our society. We will be collecting menstrual products including tampons, pads, liners, and other products to benefit students at Northern Kentucky University. Benefits: GET your workout in!
