Does a ticket guarantee admission?

Accepted Answer

No. As stated in all our events, this is first come first served and having a ticket does not guarantee admission nor a seat. The staff may close the doors as soon as the maximum capacity is reached.

Do you have an ADA entrance?

Yes, if you need assistance getting into our premises, please reach out to contact@spainculture.us and we will make sure there is someone available to help you in.

Question 3

Will I be allowed to get in after the event has started?

Accepted Answer

If the maximum capacity has not been reached, you may have a 15 minute grace period to get into the venue. In case of a concert, you may be asked to wait outside the room until the music stops (and as long as the maximum capacity has not been reached).
