ABOUT THE STRETCHING CLASS:
A Christian stretching class where we rely on the Lord Jesus Christ to bring us into peace, stillness, and rest. The Lord is the answer to anxiety and during this stretching class we will learn to surrender our cares to the Lord and bring Him into all aspects of our life for He cares for us. This education will be done through intentional stretches that engage our mind, body, and soul. God wants us to live our lives in peace and our goal is to help you enter into the peace of God through stretching.
This will not be just a class full of stretches:
- W e will speak life over ourselves
- W e will have a great time connecting
- W e will build each other up
- We will journal our thoughts, feelings, and prayers
- We are excited to stretch with you
Did you know that stretching can increase your energy levels, improve mental health and calm the mind? We’ve created a class that combines all of these things with Christ. This will be a time where we agree with the truth in God's word bringing healing to our bodies as we move and speak life over ourselves.

ABOUT INSTRUCTOR:
Takiyyah Hasan is from Los Angeles, Ca. She enjoys the beach, encouraging other women, sharing about the Lord, and taking random excursions around LA. Since she was younger Takiyyah has always enjoyed helping others and now she gets the opportunity to help lead many women through Jesus Christ into the wellness they have always desired. Takiyyah is excited to embark on this journey through the Fruitful Wellness Center workshop.
