As members of The Speak Easy (Indiana's first coworking space), we figured out that our community's secret sauce is our willingness to help each other out with professional pursuits. Although we come from different industries and different areas of professional expertise, we value each other as sounding boards. Those of us who work for large corporations enjoy the new ideas that come from entrepreneurs and those of us who are entrepreneurs value learning from those with deep areas of expertise who work in large corporations.
